Michael Bowman is a partner with Anderson Business Advisors and practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, wealth preservation, and business and estate planning. He is the author of How to Start & Run Your Business the Right Way and is a national speaker and educator on topics ranging from business law, tax, estate planning, and more.

Ryan Gibson – CIO of Spartan Investment Group, LLC

Ryan Gibson is a co-founder of Spartan Investment Group (SIG). SIG focuses on providing self-storage investment opportunities to individual investors. Ryan has organized over $12M of private equity for SIG to fund self-storage and development projects. At SIG, Ryan is responsible for investor relations and raises capital for projects. Ryan has grown SIG’s investor network to over 1,000 investors in less than two years. In addition to SIG real estate activities, Ryan owns and manages rentals properties in multiple states and has invested in apartment buildings, self-storage, and land development projects. Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising.

Michael Soni – CEO AdvisoryREI

Mr. Soni has acquired (and managed) over 2,000 single family residences to rent and hold, or rehab and sell, in fourteen states including Arizona, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. Mr. Soni currently asset manages over $125,000,000 of stabilized and rented single family homes.

Jared Osmond – Speaker

Throughout the years, Jared Osmond has shared his talents with thousands across the globe. The amazing buzz Mr. Osmond has created through concerts, private sessions, speaking engagements, and festival appearances has enabled him to sell out many prestigious venues. Jared currently works as an Owner/Manager at Osmond Senior Living/Assisted Living. Through hard work and dedication, his experience over the years has made him an inspiration to many potential real estate investors.

Maureen Miles – Managing Partner of 4M Capital

Maureen Miles is well known for being a leading real estate expert, speaker, and entrepreneur. She brings over 25 years of real estate experience to the firm she founded and is the acting managing partner of 4M Capital, fast-growing multifamily, private equity investment firm.  Since leaving her corporate network engineering job 6 years ago, Maureen has successfully completed over 250M in transactions and syndicated over 55M in private equity.  She currently controls over 140M in assets.  Maureen also owns and operates her own property management company and construction company. Maureen is an expert in acquisitions, due diligence, renovations, efficient property operations, management, and raising private equity. Applying her exceptionally diverse real estate experience along with her network engineering background, Maureen has helped to develop and manage all types of commercial and residential investment properties, including single-family, small multifamily, and large apartment communities.

Solomon Floyd – CEO and Owner of Reunion Real Estate Consulting

Solomon Floyd, managing director and board member of the CTX Global Real Estate Fund, is a successful entrepreneur focused on identifying and serving markets with the most potential for returns and social-economic change. He is the CEO and founder of Reunion Investments LLC, a full-service real estate investment company that specializes in economic development in military communities. His personal experience of military service informs his approach to improving the lives of current military members and their families while enabling investors to build passive wealth, leverage portfolios of holdings, and service America’s heroes. He will be presenting on the methods for earning the most returns through economic development and military markets. A few of the topics we will discuss are the benefits of opportunity zones to investors and real estate funds, alternative market growth and strategic partnerships, establishing small businesses that drive your portfolio, and so much more.

Lane Kawaoka – Podcaster & Real Estate Syndicator, SimplePassiveCashflow.com

Lane has been investing for over a decade and now controls 2,600+ units.  As owner of CrowdfundAloha.com, SimplePassiveCashflow.com, and ReiAloha.com, Lane is responsible for finding investment opportunities, analysis, and marketing. Mr. Kawaoka obtained a BS in Industrial Engineer and MS in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Washington. Aaron Adams – CEO Alpine Capital

Mr. Adams started his real estate career while attending graduate school in southern California in 2000, when he bought and renovated a small duplex in Hemet, California. By the time his MBA coursework (Cal Poly Pomona) was completed, he had a thriving property management and real estate investment company. Aaron’s diverse range of investment experience includes purchase and property management of mobile homes, single family, and multi-family units. He currently owns properties in multiple states and is part of the Alpine Property Management, LLC, management team as well as the owner of Alpine Capital Solutions, LLC.
